Rule 4 — Strictly Healthier options — Words like Chia, Hemp, Pumpkin, Flax, Omega 3, Oil free, Air fry, Low Cholesterol / Sugar / Sodium / Carb would do its magic! 😇

Rule 5 — Weight reduction recipes — Cake / Cookie / Sweet / Ice-cream/ Chips, anything that would help us reducing weight, especially around belly, you are the perfect one! You will surely be subscribed and followed! 🥳
